p9fs 2026110302 from the irix registry is baked into the image and installed with the other packages; vioser moves to the matching 2026110302. A new step, irix-start-9p (run by irix-provision, IRIS_PROVISION_9P=0 skips it), loads the module with /etc/init.d/p9fs start and, with IRIS_9P_MOUNT=" ", mounts a share.

The virtio-9p device is not in this image's iris yet (iris's feature/virtio-9p branch is not among patches/), so the module loads and idles until that is added.

p9fs (the 9P filesystem over virtio-9p) joins packages.list, with vioser at the matching
2026110302. irix-provision gets a step that loads the module and can mount a share
(IRIS_9P_MOUNT). The device side is not in patches/ yet.
