Patch 0013. With the 9p share, what the guest creates belonged to the host user running iris (root), so the runner sidecar (uid 1000) could not delete a job's workspace and the sidecar had to run as root. iris now chowns a created file, directory or symlink to the share's uid/gid when it may (root or CAP_CHOWN, which the iris container has); the runner config sets uid=1000, gid=0 and the sidecar goes back to uid 1000. cargo test p9 passes.
