Adds patch 0010, the virtio-9p device from the fork's feature/virtio-9p (3984d94), rebased over 0001-0009 (one conflict, in CHANGELOG.md, both sides kept). cargo check passes and so do its 13 p9 unit tests. The device is off by default; [virtio_9p] in the machine config turns it on, and the p9fs package is the guest side.

The device side of the p9fs package: [virtio_9p] shares a host directory with the guest as
9P2000.L over a virtio device. From the fork's feature/virtio-9p, rebased over 0001-0009;
cargo check and its 13 p9 unit tests pass.
